Ingredients
200 grams sourdough discard
2 Tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
seasoning of choice
Directions
Mix discard, butter, and salt well.
Put parchment on a cookie sheet and grease the parchment very well.
Pour discard mix over cookie sheet and spread out to a thin even layer.
Sprinkle seasoning.
Bake at 325 for 10 minutes.
Remove and score crackers (pizza cutter works well).
Return to oven and bake 20 to 30 minutes more, until dough is crisp.
Let cool completely and then break apart.
Notes
Grease that parchment very well or it won't come off the cracker! Can use oil instead of butter.
