Brownie Bread

            











Ingredients
1/2 C unsalted butter, melted
1 C sugar
1/2 C brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 C flour
1/2 C unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 C hot fudge sauce

Directions
Preheat oven to 350. 
Grease loaf pan well
Mix melted butter and sugars until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla and mix until incorporated.
Sift in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Gently fold until combined.  Do not over mix.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Place half the batter in loaf pan and spread evenly.
Top with half the fudge sauce.  Swirl to marble.
Make another two layers with the rest of batter and fudge sauce.
Swirl to marble again.
Bake 45-55 minutes.  
Cool completely in loaf pan before removing.

Notes
Tooth pick test is not fully valid because of the hot fudge.  I used it and then taste-tested toothpick to confirm i was getting just fudge and not batter.
This is SUPER SWEET.  It's much  more brownie than bread.
