Sausages
- These are the pre-cooked Johnsonville-style sausages.
- You can cook as many as will fit at a time.
- Normal water amount
- Thawed: High pressure for 15 minutes, then quick release
- Frozen: High pressure for 20 minutes, then quick release.
Spaghetti Squash
- For making 'vegetable spaghetti'
- Cut squash in half the short way, so you have two bowls.
- Normal water amount
- Place squash in pressure cooker. Which side is up doesn't matter, though i prefer open side down so I don't have to worry about spilling hot water when taking them out.
- If both sides fit in at once, do it. If not, then do half at a time.
- Normal Pressure 7-9 minutes (7 if you like 'al dente', 9 if you like mushy. I like 8), then quick release
