Sourdough Cornbread

    










Ingredients
1 stick butter
2  tbsp oil
2  eggs
1/3 C sugar
1 tsp vanilla
100 g sourdough starter
125 g flour
80g cornmeal
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 C milk


Directions
Melt butter and mix with oil.  Set aside
In seperaate bowl, combine eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
Whisk in butter mixture.
Add sourdough starter.  Mix again
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.
Add dry mixture to wet mixture and incorporate.
Mix in milk.
Bake at 375 for 25-28 minutes.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes then remove.
