Sourdough Quick Bread

    










Ingredients
450 g bread flour
360 g water
10g salt
7g yeast (1 package)
100g sourdough starter


Directions
Warm water (110 to 115 F).
Mix all ingredients.
Move to greased loaf pan.
Cover and proof 1 to 2 hours (until doubled)
Cover with foil.
Bake at 430F for 30min.
Remove foil.  Drop temp to 390F
Bake 10min.
Let cool on wire rack at least 1 hour before cutting.
