Water Bread Rolls

Ingredients
2 Cups water
3 TBSP Sugar
1 TBSP yeast (or 1 package)
3 TBSP oil
1 TBSP salt
4 1/2 C flour

Directions
Heat water to between 110 and 125 degrees.
Mix in sugar until it's dissolved.
Add Yeast.  Let sit until foamy.
Add Oil.
In separate bowl, whisk together salt and flour.
Add wet to dry, and mix until a dough forms.
Let rise 45min.
Separate into 12 pieces and put in 12x9 baking dish.
Let rise 1 hour.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Notes
These rolls are STICKY when you make them.  Shaping them into proper rolls is nigh-impossible.   They look like they need more flour.  They don't.  I seperated into 12 even pieces and put them in my baking dish like drop biscuits.

Biscuits work better warm.

Savory base.  Recommend adding spices into flour mix for flavor.
