Ingredients
1 C butter
3 tbsp golden syrup
1/2 C cocoa powder
1/2 C raisins
300g digestive biscuits
14 oz dark chocolate
Directions
Crush biscuits into small uneven bits
Melt butter, syrup, and cocoa powder in sauce pan.
Remove from heat and stir in biscuits and raisins
Pour into greased 8inch square pan
Smooth out and chill in fridge for 20 minutes
Melt chocolate, pour over busicuit mix and smooth.
Score bars with a knife, then leave in fridge to set
