Ingredients
1 dozen eggs
2/3 C mayonaise
1/2 C sour cream
5 slices bacon
2 Tbsp shredded parmesan
1 Tbsp stone ground mustard
3 Tbsp ketchup
1 tsp horseradish
2 tsp habanero hot sauce
Directions
Hard boil eggs
Fry bacon, cool, then crumble
Remove yolks from eggs
Mix yolks with mayo, sour cream, bacon, parmesean, mustard, ketchup, horseradish, and hot sauce.
Fill eggs
can decorate with dab of hot sauce
