Ingredients
1 C breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1oz package ranch dressing mix
2 large eggs
1 12oz bag string cheese
nonstick cooking spray
Directions
Add breadcrumbs to large skillet over medium heat.
Cook, stirring often, until golden brown. About 4 minutes.
Transfer to shallow bowl and stir pepper & half of ranch mix.
Crack eggs into another bowl and whisk.
Cut cheese in half crosswise
Double-bread cheese (eggs, bread, eggs, bread)
Freeze until frozen solid, 2 hours to 4 months.
Preheat air fryer to 300
Spray each cheese stick with non-stick spray
Load sticks into air fryer. Do not stack or touch.
Cook 2 minutes, flip, cook until cheese begins to ooze - another 1-2 minutes
Serve.
