Jalapeno Pepper Soup






Ingredients
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 medium onion, diced
1/4 C sliced pickled jalapenos
1/4 C cooked crumbled bacon
2 C chicken broth
2 C cooked diced chicken
4 oz cream cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/3 C heavy cream
1 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions
Saute butter, onion, and jalapenos in Instant Pot for 5 minutes, until onions are translucent.
Add bacon, broth, chicken, cream cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic
Cook on high pressure (or soup setting, if available) for 20 minutes.
Quick release, then stir in cream and cheese until melted.
