Creamy Chorizo Dip






Ingredients
1 lb ground chorizo
1 C chicken broth
1/2 C salsa
8oz cream cheese
1/2 C shredded white American cheese

Directions
Saute chorizo in Instant Pot.
Once cooked thoroughly, drain & pat with paper towel to absorb grease.
Return to Instant pot and add broth and salsa
Place cream cheese on top.
Close Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
Quick release and stir in American cheese.
Serve while warm
