Bacon Chive Dip






Ingredients
1 lb bacon
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 C ranch dressing
1/2 C sour cream
1/2 C chicken broth
1 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 C fresh chopped chives

Directions
Chop bacon into small pieces.
Set Instant Pot to Saute and then adjust heat to less.
Add bacon
When fat begins to render, about 5 minutes, press the Cancel button
Set Instant pot to Saute and set heat to Normal.
Continue cooking until bacon is crisp.
Remove bacon and place on paper towel to drain.
Press Cancel on Instant Pot
Add cream cheese, ranch, sour cream, broth, and h alf of the bacon to pot and stire.
Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
Quick release.
Stir, then add rest of bacon, cheddar, and top with chives.
Stir while warm.
