Buffalo Chicken Dip






Ingredients
18oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 C chicken broth
1/2 C buffalo sauce
4 oz cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp butter
1 C shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
Place chicken breasts in Instant Pot.
Sprinkle both sides with salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
Add broth and buffalo sauce.
Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
Release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release.
Shred chicken with two forks and mix in cream cheese, butter, and cheddar.
