2 large Granny Smith apples
8 pears
1/4 cup apple juice
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Wash, peel, core, and quarter all froot.
Combine fruit, juice, and cinnamon in pressure cooker.
Set to high pressure and let cook for 4 minutes
Let pressure cooker sit until natural relese complete.
Use immersion blender/blender/potato masher to correct consistency.
Notes
Original recipe called for apple juice or water. Adjust amounts as needed for pressure cooker. I used 1/4 cup juice and then added water to make up the difference.
Original recipe called for 1 tsp ground cinnamon, but I really like it so trippled.
