Garlic Green Beans






Ingredients
2 lbs fresh green beans
2 tbsp Canola oil
2 tbsp butter
1/4 C Soy Sauce
2 tbsp sesame seeds
4 garlic cloves
chopped nuts to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Directions
Stem Green beans
Cook to Medium in pot of water
Drain Green beans
Melt butter with Canola oil in frying pan
Add Green beans and saute until they finish cooking.
Mix in soy sauce, sesame seeds, garlic, nuts, salt and pepper
Once heated through, can be served

Notes
Recipe from Jason's Aunt Arlene. Cook to medium means cook to not quite done - they finish in the skillet.  Recommended nuts are almonds or cashews.
