Instapot Chicken Breasts






Ingredients
Chicken

Directions
In Instapot, add needed liquid (water, stock, juice, etc) and insert metal trivet
Season chicken breasts as desired
Set Instapot to manual, high pressure, for 10 minutes
When Instapot is finished, let pressure release naturally for 5 minutes
Use quick-release to finish letting pressure out, and remove chicken
Let sit 5-10 minutes to rest

Notes
This is for boneless chicken breasts.  Instapot should be at room temperature, and water should be cold but not iced.  Using a warm pot or warm water will shorten the pressuring up time and chicken will not cook completely. No need to add more water or time for more chicken.  If chicken is frozen, set Instapot to high pressure for 12min instead of 10min.
