Instapot Hard Boiled Eggs






Ingredients
Eggs

Directions
In Instapot, add needed water and insert metal trivet
Stack eggs on top of trivet
Set Instapot to manual, high pressure, for 5 minutes
When Instapot is finished, let pressure release naturally for 5 minutes
Use quick-release to finish letting pressure out, and move eggs to an Ice Bath
Leave in ice bath for 5 minutes before cooling

Notes
Eggs should be above water, not in it.  Instapot should be at room temperature, and water should be cold but not iced.  Using a warm pot or warm water will shorten the pressuring up time and eggs will not cook completely. No need to add more water or time for more eggs.  We've done up to 3 dozen at once. Just don't go over the fill line.
