Jalapeno Popper Cheese Sticks

Ingredients
1 pizza dough ball (about 12 ounces)
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup finely sliced shallots
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch each salt and pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
4 fresh jalapeƱos, thinly sliced
Grated parmesan cheese, crushed red pepper flakes and marinara sauce, optional

Directions
Heat oven to 450°F with pizza stone placed on a lower rack. Roll out pizza dough into a 12-inch circle, about ½ inch thick, on lightly floured parchment paper; set aside.
Beat cream cheese, shallots, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl (mixture will not be smooth).
Brush oil over crust. Spread cream cheese mixture to within 1 inch of the edge. Sprinkle with cheeses and jalapeƱo slices. Transfer pizza with parchment onto baking stone; bake for 18-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling. Remove pizza from oven; place on a cutting board. Cool slightly; cut into rectangles.
