Ingredients
4 C tater tots
1 lb lean ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 can corn
1 can nacho cheese soup
salsa, optional
sour cream, optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
In medium skillet cook the beef over medium high heat until browned.
Drain off fat.
Stir in taco seasoning mix (add water as directed on the seasoning pkg).
Spoon mixture into an ungreased 2 qt casserole.
Spoon the corn over the beef mixture.
Spread undiluted soup over the corn.
Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top of the soup.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until bubbly and the potatoes are lightly browned.
If desired serve with salsa and sour cream
