Ingredients
1 Tbsp Butter
1 1/2 lbs meat
1 med onion
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 C water
2 4oz cans mushrooms
Egg noodles
cornstarch (for gravy)
1 Tbsp parsley
Directions
In skillet over medium high heat cook meat & onion in butter, about 10 min.
Add salt, pepper, water & liquid from mushrooms.
Simmer covered 1 1/4 hours until tender.
Add mushrooms.
Cook noodles.
Remove meat and mushrooms to plate.
Make gravy with drippings.
Mix meat/mushroms, gravy, and noodles in a large bowl.
Garnish with parsley.

Recipe handed down by my Mom. There were no instructions on how much noodles or how to make the gravy.
