Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs smoked sausage, sliced
2 bell peppers, sliced into strips
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp butter
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp sweet and sour sauce
Pinch cayenne pepper
hot pepper sauce to taste
Directions
Place sausage in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Saute 5-10 minutes, turning often, or until well browned.
Drain and set aside.
In same skillet, over medium heat, combine bell pepper, onion, and butter.
Saute for 10 minutes or until all vegetables are tender.
Add the sausage and stir together well.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
