Mexican Green Beans

Ingredients
1 lb green beans, sliced into 2inch julienne
2 tbsp olive oil
6 scallions, chopped fine
pepper to taste
1/2 tsp basil
1/4 tsp clove
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 C sour cream

Directions
Saute green beans in olive oil in a large skillet over a high heat for 2 min.
Remove from heat and set aside
In a large bowl, combine scallions, pepper, basil, cloves, and 1/4 tsp chili powder.
Blend together.
Add sour crema and mix well.
Sprinkle remaining 1/4 tsp chili powder on both sauce and green beans.
Serve beans topped w/ sour cream sauce.
