Herby Cream Cheese-filled Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
2 oz cream cheese
1/2 tbsp heavy cream
1/2 tsp minced fresh chives
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
ground black pepper to taste
8 large mushroom caps
paprika to taste

Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Put olive oil in shallow baking pan and set aside.
In small bowl, combine cream cheese, cream, chives, basil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Mix until smooth.
Spoon generous amount of mixture into each mushroom cap.
Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Place mushroom caps into oiled pan.
Bake 10-15min
