Chille Casserole

Ingredients
1/2 lb ground beef
1 C chopped onion
1 3/4 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 16oz can refried beans
2 4oz can whole green chilles, drained, cut into quarters.
1 C shredded colby jack
1 C frozen corn, thawed & drained
1/3 C flour
1 1/3 C skim milk
1/8 tsp hot sauce
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 egg whites

Directions

Brown meat and onion.
Add cumin, oregano, garlic powder, 1/4 tsp of salt, pepper, and refried beans.
Stir well and set aside.
Arrange 1/2 of green chilles in 11x7 coated with Pam.
Top with half of cheese.
Spoon beef/bean mixture in and spread evenly.
Top with corn.
Arrange remaining green chilles over top.
Top with rest of cheese.
Mix flour and rest of salt.
Gradually whisk milk and hot sauce into flour mixture.
Stir in eggs and whites.
Pour over casserole.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
