Ingredients
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cubed
1 Tbsp chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
2 3oz packages cream cheese
6 Tbsp butter
3 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
Directions
Preheat oven to 325
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, saute chicken, onion, and garlic.
Cook until onions are tender and chicken is lightly browned.
In a medium bowl, blend chicken mixture, cream cheese, and butter with an electric mixer until creamy.
Unroll crescent roll dough and form into 12 rectangles.
Place approximately 1 Tbsp of chicken mixture on each rectangle.
Fold into balls.
Arrange balls on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
