Ingredients
1/2 cup water
salt
2 cups coarsely shredded green cabbage
2 cups coarsely shredded red cabbage
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp dijon-style mustard
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
1/2 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Directions
Bring water and 1/2 tsp salt to boiling in large saucepan over high heat.
Add cabbage.
Return to Boiling.
Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 5 minutes or until cabbage is just tender.
Meanwhile, whisk together the oil, vinegar, dijon-style mustard, caraway seeds, sugar, salt and pepper in a medium size bowl until well blended.
Drain the cabbage well.
Add the cabbage to the oil mixture in the bowl.
Toss to coat cabbage well.
