Ingredients
2 small white onions
3 tablespoons brown sugar
5 tablespoons butter
Directions
Bring salted water to boil.
Place onions in water and bring back to boil.
Cover pot and simmer until onions are tender.
Drain Water and move onions to sides of pan.
Combine brown sugar and butter in center of pan and let melt together.
Once melted, turn onions until well coated.
Notes
Cooking time: 28-30 minutes. Yield: 4-6 servings.
