Crisp Fried Onion Rings

Ingredients
4 large mild onions
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
2 cups oil for pan

Directions
Cut onions into slices 1/4 inch thick.
Separate slices into rings.
Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Dip onions into seasoned flour.
Heat oil to 370 degrees in electric skillet.
When light goes off fry onions until golden brown.
Remove and drain on absorbent paper

Notes
Cooking time: 4-8 minutes. Yield: 4-6 servings.
