Bonnie's Hard Boiled Eggs

Ingredients
Eggs
Water
Mayo
Garlic powder
Pepper
Seasoned salt
Sour cream (just a touch)
Mustard

Directions
Leave the eggs out until they are at room temperature.
Place the eggs in a pot and add water until it is one inch above the eggs.
Bring to a full rolling boil over medium-high heat.
Remove from heat and cover with lid.
Wait 20-25 minutes.
Pour off the hot water and cover with cold water.
Let eggs sit until cool.
Peel eggs.
Slice eggs in half.
Remove yolks.
Mix yolks with mayo, garlic powder, pepper, seasoned salt, sour cream, and mustard.
Spoon yolk mixture into whites.
Refrigerate until serving.

Notes
When changing the water, the big end of the egg can be cracked to prevent discoloring and speed up cooling.
