Turkey Gravy

Ingredients
Turkey Drippings
Corn Starch (1 Tablespoon per cup of strained drippings)
Water (as little as possible)
Salt
Pepper

Directions
Remove the turkey from the roasting pan and leave the drippings.
Strain the drippings to get the chunks out.
Let it sit and then skim the grease off the top (or use a juice strainer).
If the liquid is not at least a cup, add chicken broth or MBT bullion.
Leave broth on stove to keep warm, but do not bring to boil.
Add a small amount of water to the corn starch and stir until smooth and liquid.
Add corn starch mixture to broth and heat until desired consistency (do not boil).
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Notes
Don't add the corn starch to the water - it will get lumpy. If the gravy gets too thick, add more broth.
