Cranberry Pecan Relish



Ingredients
12 oz cranberries
1 orange, zest and juice
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup toasted coconut
splash vanilla
pinch salt

Directions
In food processor combine cranberries, orange juice and zest, syrup, and cinnamon.
Process, scraping down sides of bowl until relish consistency achieved.
Remove from processor and stir in coconut and pecans.
Serve.
