Ingredients
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c milk
1/3 cup splenda
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp ground allspice
Directions
In a small bowl, combine eggs, milk, splenda, and vanilla.
Beat until combined.
Place four 6oz custard cups in a 2qt square baking dish
Divide egg mixture among custard cups; sprinkle with allspice.
Place baking dish on oven rack.
Pour boiling water into baking dish around custard cups to a depth of 1 inch
Bake in a 325 oven for 30-45 minutes or until a kinfe inserted in
center of each cup cuomes out clean.
Remove cups from water.
Cool slightly on a wire rack before serving (or cool completely, cover, and chill).
