Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/3 C chopped onion
8oz can tomato sauce (lowest carb count u can find)
1/2 tsp beef bullion granules
1/2 to 1 tsp chili powder (or more to taste)
shredded cheddar
sour cream
Directions
Brown beef and onion together
add tomato sauce, bouillon, and chili pwoder
simmer together 2-3 min
top w/ cheese & sour cream

Use the granules. Bouillon cubes have extra carbs in the starch that lets them keep their shape. This is a base, adjust as you like. Personally, I think chili ALWAYS needs cumin.
