Ingredients
4 lb pork
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans creamed corn
1 onion, chopped
salt, pepper, garlic to taste
1 lb egg noodles
2 lb shredded cheese
Directions
Brown pork with onion, salt, pepper, garlic, drain.
Combine meat mixture, tomatoes, and corn in large pot.
Simmer for at least one hour.
In roaster pan layer 1/2 each noodles, meat, and cheese.
Repeat layers with remaining noodles, meat, and cheese
Bake at 375 for 30 mins or until cheese melted & noodles soft.
Notes
Got this recipe from Brandee. Her mom used to make it. It got the name, because everyone always asked for more. Makes approx 20 servings. I like cheddar for the cheese, but anything works. I also like to add some brown sugar and Worchestershire sauce. No exact measurements, just to taste.
