Ingredients
1 large chicken, cut up
Juice from 3-4 lemons
2-3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp celery salt
1/4 tsp red pepper
Directions
Pour lemon juice over the chicken
Cover and refrigerate for about 24hours
Rub the olive oil on the chicken pieces
Mix cumin, black pepper, celery salt, and red pepper together.
Sprinkle onto chicken.
Grill chicken as usual.
