Cheesy Ham & Hashbrown Casserole
Ingredients
1 (32oz) package frozen hash brown potatoes
8 oz cooked, diced ham
2 (10.75oz) cans condensed cream of potato soup
1 (16oz) container sour cream.
2 C shredded sharp Cheddar
1 1/2 C grated Parmesan
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish
In large bowl, mix hashbrowns, ham, soup, sour cream, and cheddar.
Spread evenly into prepared dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake 1 hour or until bubbly and light brown.
Notes
Got this recipe from Melissa. She made it for one of the yearly New Years get-togethers. Jason suggests using less sour cream in the dish and maybe using some on the side.
