Blackberry Chicken

Ingredients
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 C blackberry jam
3/4 C ketchup
1/4 c steak sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1 clove garlic, minced

Directions
Preheat broiler
Broil chicken in the oven 3-5 inches from heat for 5 minutes
Flip over
Broil for another 5 minutes
Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes
Brush chicken with sauce.
Continue broiling, turning and brushing with sauce, 5-8 more minutes or until chicken is done.
Bring remaining sauce to a boil; serve with chicken

Notes

Originally, this was for 6 Pork Chops, 3/4 inch thick. I like it better on chicken. And extra sauce makes good dunking! Also, I've discovered you can just pop a couple squirts of normal yellow mustard instead of the dry mustard and it works just fine. The jam is NOT dependent on sugar for chemical reactions, so you can even use sugar free!
