Barbeque Beef Cups

Ingredients
2 cups bisquick
1/2 cup cold water
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, crushed (optional)
1/2 cup bbq sauce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 2 oz)

Directions

Heat oven to 400 Degrees.
Mix bisquick and water until soft dough forms.
Beat vigorously 20 strokes.
Drop by spoonfuls into 12 ungreased medium muffin cups (2 1/2" x 1 1/4").
Press dough on bottom and up each side of cup with floured hands.
Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic in 10" skillet over medium heat.
Drain.
Stir in bbq sauce.
Heat through.
Spoon beef mixture into cups.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake until crust is golden brown, about 15 minutes
