Bean and Corn Burritos

Ingredients
1 medium onion
1/2 green pepper
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp ground pepper (white recommended)
1 can (16oz) refried beans
1/2 Cup frozen corn
4 tortillas (8 inch)
4 oz shredded cheese
salsa (opt)
sour cream (opt)

Directions
Chop onion
Dice green pepper
Mince garlic
Thaw and drain corn
Saute onion, green pepper, and garlic in non-stick skillet with Pam (Add water if too dry).
Stir in cumin and pepper.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly, then remove from heat.
Stir in beans and corn.
Spread mixture down center of tortillas (about 1/2 cup each).
Sprinkle with cheese.
Roll up tortillas and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Serve with salsa and sour cream.
