Ingredients
4-6 boned and skinned chicken breast
6-8 slices swiss cheese, or cheese of choice
1 can cream of chicken soup – undiluted
1/4 cup apple juice
1-2 cups herb stuffing, crushed
1/4 butter, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease 9x13 baking dish and arrange chicken breasts in dish.
Top chicken with cheese slices.
Mix soup and apple juice together until well combined.
Spoon evenly over chicken breasts.
Sprinkle stuffing mix over soup mixture.
Drizzle butter over all.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until chicken is tender.
