Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup margarine
4 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa
pinch of salt
2 cups flour
Directions
Cream sugar and margarine.
Stir rest of ingredients in until mixed thoroughly.
Drop small amount (heaping tablespoon works well) of batter in each section of waflle iron and bake.
Frost with chocolate icing while warm.
Notes
Belgian waffle makers screw this up.
