Ingredients
1 C brown sugar
1/2 C shortening
1 1/2 C sweetened applesauce
1 egg
2 C flour
1 c oats
1 C raisins
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp allspice
Directions
Cream brown sugar and shortening.
Add appleasuce and egg.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 for 12-15minutes.
