Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
1 can sliced green beans
1 can cut green beans
1 can peas
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 jar pimentos
1 C vinegar
1 1/2 C sugar
1/2 C oil
1 Tbsp salt

Directions
Drain and mix green beans, peas, onion, green pepper, and pimentos.
In saucepan, mix vinegar, sugar, oil, and salt to a boil.
Pour hot liquid over vegetables.

Notes
Recipe handed down by my Mom. It notes that you can serve this either hot or chilled.
