Ingredients
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp coarse kosher salt
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground tumeric
2 Tbsp water
4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
Directions
In medium bowl, combine curry powder, red pepper flakes, salt, ginger, paprika, cinnamon, turmeric, and water to form a smooth paste.
Rub paste onto chicken.
Cover chicken and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Lightly oil cold grill rack and preheat for medium-high heat.
Cook on prepared grill for 6 minutes/side or until chicken is cooked through.
