Ingredients
4 large bell peppers
1 jar (2 lb) Ragu Rich & Meaty Sauce
1 cup mozzerella
1 cup uncooked minute rice
1 cup water
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F
Clean peppers, scoop out middles.
In 9 inch baking dish arrange peppers.
Combine sauce, rice, 1/2 cheese in mixing bowl
Fill peppers with sauce mixture.
Pour water in dish.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake 50 minutes, cover peppers with remaining cheese.
Bake 5 more minutes, or until cheese melts.
Notes
Try cutting peppers in 1/2, use double cheese, 13x9 baking dish and 1 1/2 cups of water.
