Ingredients
4 medium potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Wash potatoes and slice lengthwise into strips, leaving skins on.
Line shallow baking pan (9x9) with foil.
Put all ingredients except potatoes into bowl and mix well.
Add potatoes and toss well.
Place potatoes in baking pan and heat at 425 F for 35 minutes.
Stir the potatoes often to keep them from sticking.
Notes
It's hard to toss four potatoes at a time, but if you're going to do two at a time, only toss with half the seasonings/oil each time. We usually double the recipe and cook in a 13x9. And we don't stir - they stick a little, but not bad.
