Old Fashioned Rolls


Ingredients
1/3 C sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 pkg yeast
4 1/2 - 5 1/2 C flour
1 C milk
1/4 C butter
2 eggs

Directions
In large bowl, combine sugar, salt, yeast, and 1 1/2 C flour.
Heat milk and butter to 120 - 130 F.
Beat into dry mixture gradually on low.
Beat at medium 2 min.
Beat in eggs and 1/2 C flour.
Beat for another 2 min.
Stir in 2 - 2 1/2 C flour.
Knead 10 min.
Coat in oil and let rise 1 hour.
Punch down seperate into 12 balls.
Place in greased cake pan and bake at 400 for 10min.
