Ingredients
3/4 Cup quick-cooking oats
3/4 cup crushed gingersnap cookies
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 cup frozen unsweetened berries
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 can (21oz) apple pie filling
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350
Spray 2 quart glass baking dish with cooking spray
In large bowl, combine oats, crushed cookies, flour, and brown sugar.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
In another large bowl, combine berries, ginger, and pie filling.
Pour fruit mixture into baking dish.
Sprinkle oat mixture over fruit.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until fruit is bubbly and topping is golden brown.
Notes
Cover with foil during last 15-20 minutes of baking to prevent over-browning.
