Southern BBQ Rub

  



Ingredients

1/4 C brown sugar
2 Tbsp coarse salt
1/4 C Whole Black Peppercorns
1/4 C hot paprika
1 Tbsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp onion powder
2 Tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp cayenne

Directions

Mix all spices together and blend with spice grinder

Notes
Store in airtight container.  Can keep in freezer for 3-4 months.
