1 C heavy cream
1/2 C reduced Mt Dew (see notes)
1 C Milk
1 Tbsp vanilla
2 -3 Tbsp Apple Pie Seasoning
Directions
Mix all ingredients together well.
Pour into ice cream mixer and mix per system directions.
Notes
Heat Mt Dew over medium heat, stirring often, until 2 liters reduces to between 1 Cup and 1 1/4 Cups.
Apple pie seasoning is a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. I'm not sure on the proportions; I just buy the pre-made seasoning.
Source: I made this one up. I had left over Mt. Dew syrup and sweetened condensed milk from previous experiments that didn't go so well. I was trying to use up ingredients. The base of cream, mt dew, and milk tasted kinda caramel-ish and kinda fruity, so I went with it. It turned out really well!
